Using public transport or driving yourself is often not possible due to old age or a (temporary) disability. In that case, the Adapted Transport services give you the opportunity to get to work or another destination.
Companions can come along for free if they have a Free Companion card from the NMBS or a comparable official companion card. There is also no surcharge for the transport of an assistance dog or a guide dog .
What should you do?
You can request a ride directly from a recognized Adapted Transport service within the transport area where you live.
