CM's Member Defense department informs, advises, mediates and defends CM members.

The Member Defense Service informs, advises, mediates and defends your rights if you are confronted with problems regarding:

Costs charged to you by healthcare institutions or healthcare providers:
- hospital invoices and invoices from other healthcare institutions;
- fees and supplementary fees of healthcare providers;
- non-reimbursable services, medicines and materials;
- administrative and miscellaneous costs.
