Complaint about CM services
Do you have a complaint about CM's services? Do you have the feeling that something is not going as you expected? Let us know. After all, we improve our service with your response.
First report your complaint to CM in your region, which is your first point of contact. This can be done in various ways.

- In writing via a CM mailbox : address your letter to the complaints coordinator for CM Vlaanderen.
After receiving your complaint, we will notify you of receipt within seven days . If the handling of your complaint takes a little longer due to circumstances, you can count on interim communication. We will provide a definitive answer within thirty days at the latest.
National Ombudsman CM
Do you disagree with the way your CM region handled your complaint? Then you can contact the national ombudsman.
How you can reach this is stated at the bottom of the answer (to your complaint) that you received from CM.
