No, it is not possible to file an online tax return for a deceased family member. In this case, you provide the hospital invoice and the completed and signed declaration form to CM Insurance. This can be done [email protected] or via a CM mailbox.

The more clearly and concretely you describe the reason for your hospitalization, the better CM Insurance can calculate the reimbursement of the costs of pre- and post-care.

CM-Hospitaalplan provides reimbursement for the costs of examinations directly related to your hospital admission, 1 month before and 3 months after your admission. These will be refunded automatically. So you don't have to take any action yourself. CM Insurance automatically processes all these related costs at the following times:

• 4 months after your discharge from the hospital
• 7 months after your discharge from the hospital

Since CM Insurance receives your online declaration immediately, the processing time for an online declaration is shorter than that of a paper declaration.

CM Insurance never pays the invoice directly to the hospital, you do that yourself. Make sure that payment to the hospital is made on time.

The reimbursement for CM insurance will be transferred to your account.
