How to log in?
You can access your personal and confidential information in My CM in two ways.
With a My CM account
- You create a My CM account with a unique email address and password of your choice. You then link the account to your electronic identity card once.
- Afterwards you can log in with your email address and password, both on My CM web and in the My CM app.
Without a My CM account
- By registering via the external government platform CSAM (with an eID reader, Itsme app, etc.). So you do not need an email address and password for this.
- This is only possible on My CM-web . To use the My CM app, you always need an account.
You can request a new password via the 'forgotten password' button. If you do not receive an email (not even in your spam), then you probably do not have a My CM account with that email address yet. Please note, the link in the email is valid for a limited time. So take care of the password change immediately.
If you have logged in in the past, it may have been without a My CM account (i.e. without a password, but with eID or Itsme). More information can be found at ' How do I consult my personal data in My CM? '.
Via the 'forgotten email address' button you can use your national register number to request the email address with which you created your My CM account. The condition is that it is a secure account, in other words you must have linked it to your electronic identity card. Only then will you receive an email in which you can click through to the CM website to register.
If you enter an incorrect PIN code five times, you can log in with your email address and password. You can then delete and reset your PIN using the steps below.
- 'More' button at the bottom right
- Login options
- Pin
- Remove PIN code
- Set a new PIN code
To log in with an email address and password, you must first register. This means that you create a secure My CM account. Read how to create a secure My CM account .
Only when you have a secure My CM account can you log in with your email address and password. As long as this is not the case, you will receive the message 'invalid email address or password'.
