Organizer of urgent home care
Have you been unexpectedly discharged from the hospital, is your caregiver suddenly absent, or do you suddenly find yourself in a crisis situation? Do you urgently need home care and are you unable to get it yourself?
CM's urgent home care organizer searches for a tailor-made solution in collaboration with home care partners. Arranging a hospital bed, short stay, home care, family help or any aids, it's all possible!
The only condition is that you are a CM member.

- Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Friday from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm.
If you have urgent home care questions, you can contact the Zorglijn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
