Artificial insemination
Artificial insemination involves the introduction of sperm into the uterus. CM will fully reimburse the costs for both the treatment of the sperm and the actual insemination.
If the insemination is carried out by doctors who do not recognize the rate agreement (non-contracted doctors), supplements remain possible.

Important : The purchase and storage of donor sperm are non-refundable.
What should you do?
There is no specific application procedure.
What are the conditions?
The treatment of the semen in preparation for insemination is carried out:
- in a specific laboratory by a physician specialist in clinical biology;
- or by a gynecologist (provided it is for his own patients and the gynecologist has a laboratory).
The actual insemination :
- must be performed by a gynecologist associated with or affiliated with a hospital;
- and may only be charged once per cycle.
