On 01-06-2021, a new regulation came into effect with the deletion of the pseudocode from the file start-up. This has been replaced by a nomenclature code for the patient's intake. File start-up/intake can only be reimbursed once per calendar year, regardless of the number of pathological situations in that calendar year. File start-up/intake can only be certified at the first session of a treatment (this does not necessarily have to be the first session of the calendar year). Example: file start-up 639855 in combination with session 560011 (and possibly allowance 562671) corresponds to performance codes 567033 (intake) and 567011 (session) in the new nomenclature. Since performance code 560011 in the new nomenclature is linked to the 10th to 18th session of a treatment, intake 567033 can only be certified in combination with performance code 567011 (1st to 9th session).

On 01-06-2021, new regulations came into effect with the integration of the allowances for current and F-acute conditions in the nomenclature. The surcharges for the first 9 (current) or 20 (F-acute) sessions were abolished. The amount of these allowances is integrated into the sessions. It is no longer possible not to certify the increased fees at the first hearings. There is therefore a distinction in terms of nomenclature number and amount for: Current sessions: separate codes for the first 9 sessions of a treatment; separate codes for the 10th to 18th session of a treatment. Sessions F-acute: separate codes for the first 20 sessions of a treatment; separate codes for the 21st to 60th (or 120th) session of a treatment.

You use an email address for two things: to log in and to receive communications as a CM member. This is separate and may be different email addresses. You will receive a confirmation email when CM has successfully received your application. CM registers the applications received on the national register number of the person in question.

Log in to the My CM app. Click on 'Request a CM benefit'. All CM benefits appear per category. Click on the CM benefit you want to apply for, for example 'Sports club'. You will see the description and conditions of the CM benefit. Click on 'Request this benefit' to start the application. If you have dependents, they will now appear on the screen together with your own name. Click on the family member for whom you want to apply for the CM benefit and then click 'Continue'. If you have no dependents, you will automatically go to the next screen. Add a photo or PDF to request the CM benefit by clicking 'Add'. Select the file from your library or take a photo with your device's camera. Once you select or create the file, you will see a preview. You can still adjust this or add an extra file. To consult your refunds and create a printable overview (PDF), you need a secure profile. My CM web Log in to My CM and go to the overview of your refunds. To do this, click on 'toon meer' in the 'betalingen' box on the home screen or click on 'van CM aan jou' in the menu on the left under 'betalingen'. You can create a payment overview by clicking on ' maak PDF'. By default, all displayed refunds are selected. You have the option to uncheck certain refunds that you do not want in your overview. You can also work the other way around and uncheck all with 'deselect all items' and check the refunds that you do want in your overview. With the filter you can adjust which refunds are shown and therefore which ones you can select for your payment overview. In My CM you only see the refunds and benefits that were paid out in the last three years. Only reimbursements from health insurance, from the CM services and benefits package and from CM insurance are included. You cannot currently consult reimbursements following a medical agreement, reimbursements for care abroad, reimbursements for maximumfactuur, non-financial benefits from CM (such as the Dreamland voucher), payments from CM-Zorgkas and reimbursements from CM-Hospitaalfix (Extra) and CM- Forhos. You cannot yet consult benefits that were paid via a manual circuit.
