A remote consultation can be done by video call. Your doctor must apply the paying third party scheme for such a consultation. So you only pay the co-payment.

A co-payment counter is an overview of your own share and the co-payment that you have paid for medical care per calendar year. If you exceed a certain ceiling, you may receive additional reimbursements or benefits from some agencies. CM maintains a co-payment counter in the context of the maximum invoice per family and per member.

People with a low income are entitled to supplemented refunds. With supplemented refunds, they pay less for health care and receive other financial benefits.

With the 'third party paying scheme' (also called 'third party paying scheme') you only pay your co-payment to your healthcare provider (GP, dentist, specialist). That is the part of the costs that is not reimbursed by CM.
