Can you speak to a doctor anywhere? With the Doktr app you can quickly contact a doctor for personal medical advice in a video call. If your own GP does teleconsultations on Doktr, you can also easily speak to him.

How do you start with Doktr?
Download the app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Log in : register with Itsme.
- Intake : indicate what your complaints are and answer a few short questions in anticipation of your conversation.
- Doctor call : The doctor sends you a message to start the video consultation.
- Aftercare : you will receive a summary and any prescriptions or certificates in the app.
Cost price
The costs of a consultation via Doktr depend on your specific situation. If you have had at least 1 physical consultation with the doctor in the past 2 years, you will only have to pay 4 euros (1 euro with increased compensation ) co-payment. If that is not the case, you will have to pay 26.84 euros for the consultation. This amount is non-refundable.
