When do you call the Zorglijn?
Zorglijn is your first point of contact for all questions about healthcare. She is part of the Social Work department. Everyone can contact Zorglijn: patients, informal caregivers and professionals in the healthcare sector.
- Customized care
Zorglijn organizes tailor-made care together with home care partners: family care, babysitting, nursing, cleaning assistance and purchase of aids. In urgent home care situations, Zorglijn offers tailor-made help within 48 hours. A short stay, day care or recovery stay is also possible if things are difficult at home. - Information and advice
Zorglijn informs and advises on compensation, exemptions, benefits, patient rights and protective measures. This way you get what you are entitled to. You can also contact Zorglijn for information about, among other things, contact with fellow sufferers and care planning. - Referral
Do you need extra support? Or do you have questions about social rights, transport, home adjustments, occupational therapy guidance or volunteer work? Zorglijn puts you in touch with the right service.

- Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Friday from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm. - If you have urgent home care questions, you can contact the Zorglijn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you call outside the Zorglijn opening hours, an external care service will take over the call.
