Mult-eMediatt

As a general practitioner, you can submit a disability declaration (eGAO) directly and electronically to CM. That system is called Mult-eMediatt.

Conditions

  • The expected duration of the disability must be at least 14 days at the start. There is no minimum term for renewals.
  • You need permission from the patient.
  • You need customized software to send an eGAO.

The patient receives proof of the declaration (on paper or digitally). You don't have to deliver that to CM.

  • Less administration
  • The declaration is sent to CM almost immediately . There is approximately 1 hour 'waiting time' during which you as a GP can still make a cancellation.

  • Faster processing of the certificate
  • Better quality of the data supplied due to the mandatory fields
